Terms of Service
Last updated: February 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Atribu platform, website, and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Atribu is a multi-tenant analytics platform that merges advertising spend with real business outcomes — including pipeline stages, e-commerce orders, and cash collected — into profile-scoped dashboards and reports. The Service enables performance agencies and brands to optimize and report on defensible truth rather than platform vanity metrics.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Workspaces and profiles
The Service operates on a workspace-and-profile model. A workspace represents your organization (agency or brand). Profiles within a workspace represent individual clients or brands and are fully isolated containers with their own connectors, data, and settings.
Roles and permissions
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing memberships and access controls. You agree to assign roles appropriately and to revoke access when it is no longer needed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to access data belonging to workspaces or profiles you are not authorized to view.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
5. Third-party integrations
The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Stripe) to ingest data on your behalf. By connecting these integrations, you represent that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to share that data with Atribu.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.
6. Data ownership and license
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to or connect through the Service (“Your Data”). You grant Atribu a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Aggregated data
We may use anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you or your clients to improve the Service, develop new features, and generate benchmarks. This data will never include personally identifiable information or be attributable to a specific workspace or profile.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, dashboards, reports, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Atribu and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Atribu’s trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
8. Reports and shared links
Reports generated through the Service may be shared via authenticated share links or exported as PDF documents. You are responsible for controlling access to shared reports. Share links require authentication and profile-level permission — there are no public, unauthenticated report links.
9. Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
10. Fees and billing
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in writing.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atribu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Atribu in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that the results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atribu and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.
15. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Atribu is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
